Why The flight from Atlanta to Amsterdam was pretty uneventful. The FCP (First Class Passenger) berth made it a little more comfortable because I could stretch out and also because going to the bathroom meant not disturbing my seatmate. I got about 3 to 4 hours of sleep, but that wasn't enough.
We arrived about 7:15 in Amsterdam. We taxied and were at the terminal by 7:30. Because of being an FCP, I was the first to arrive at immigration/border control and there was no one in front of me. I was through in a minute. I had time to brush my teeth with the brush and paste that Delta had provided to FCPs and as I walked to the luggage belt, my suitcase was rolling off.
