The Stranger Things Experience

The Stranger Things Experience was going to end soon in Atlanta (February 11th) so Rose asked if I wanted to go.  Since I'm a fan boy of the show, of course I agreed.  Rose dragged her 2 unwilling (yeah right) friends along and the 4 of us enjoyed the show.  It starts out as a sleep study which goes terribly wrong.  Video cameos by the cast and then an actress who looked just like 11.  A bit hokey, but very well done.  No pictures allowed inside.  The captive audience food court and gift shops were a bit pricey, but not very much out of line for that kind of venue.

Atlanta Magic Theater

I figured that I could also do something closer to home and I found this venue with Magician Peter Morrison in downtown Atlanta.

Peter is an excellent magician and he does close-up magic for about an hour before his show begins.  Afterwards, he takes pics with everyone.  I heartily recommend this.  The show cost $40 for back rows and $45 for the front row.  Well worth it.
